Opening Soon — RE:BERRY Hongdae is preparing to welcome its first international patients.
What is RE:BERRY Hongdae?
RE:BERRY Hongdae is the newest clinic in the RE:BERRY network, opening in Mapo-gu at the heart of Seoul’s Hongdae district. Built specifically for international patients, the clinic brings the same clinical standards, transparent quotes, and multilingual care that define the RE:BERRY name to one of the city’s most creative, youth-driven neighborhoods. We are not yet open — but this page explains who we are and what you can expect when our doors open.
Hongdae has long been Seoul’s centre of design, independent music, and student culture, anchored by Hongik University and its art-and-design heritage. RE:BERRY Hongdae was created for the residents and visitors of this district — and for travellers who want considered, evidence-based aesthetic care close to where they already spend their time in Seoul.
Part of the RE:BERRY Network
RE:BERRY operates sister clinics in Gangnam, Myeongdong, and at Incheon Airport, each serving international patients across multiple languages. RE:BERRY Hongdae joins that network as a dedicated Mapo-gu location, sharing the group’s operating philosophy: one physician sees each patient through consultation, treatment, and follow-up; quotes are given in writing before anything begins; and information is explained clearly, in the patient’s own language.
Where We Are
RE:BERRY Hongdae is located in Mapo-gu, directly connected to Hongik University Station (Hongdae Station) — one of Seoul’s busiest interchange stations. The station sits on the AREX Airport Railroad line, giving direct rail access to and from Incheon International Airport Terminals 1 and 2 with no transfer required, which makes the clinic straightforward to reach for patients arriving in Korea.

Our Physician
Dr. Jae-Hong Kim
Care at RE:BERRY Hongdae is led by Dr. Jae-Hong Kim, an Aesthetic Medicine Specialist practising under Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare License No. 138911. Dr. Kim personally oversees consultations and treatments at the clinic, so the physician who assesses your skin is the physician who treats you. Our medical content is reviewed under his direction; you can read more in our Medical Review Policy.
How a Visit Works
RE:BERRY Hongdae is built around unhurried, one-doctor care rather than high-volume turnover. Each patient is given a genuine consultation window — typically 60 to 90 minutes — so there is time to assess your skin, explain the options, and answer questions before any treatment is agreed.
- Multilingual from the first hello. Consultation and aftercare are supported in eight languages, so you can discuss your treatment in the language you are most comfortable with.
- A written quote before treatment. You receive a clear explanation of the recommended plan, and nothing proceeds until you have agreed to it.
- Aftercare that continues after you leave. Follow-up support is available through WhatsApp for four weeks after your treatment, so questions during recovery are answered by the clinic — not left to guesswork.
Booking When We Open
RE:BERRY Hongdae is opening soon. Once the clinic is open, appointments will be arranged primarily through WhatsApp, in your preferred language. Until then, this site serves as an introduction to the clinic and the treatments we will offer. Please check back for our opening announcement.
Our Commitment
RE:BERRY Hongdae exists to give international patients accurate, verifiable information and considered, physician-led aesthetic care in one of Seoul’s most vibrant districts. We describe only the treatments we will actually perform, we explain them honestly, and we hold our published content to the standards set out in our Editorial Policy.
